Keith Williams knows the value of hard work both in and outside of network marketing. Like many people in the industry, he struggled to make ends meet for years as he grew up in his hometown of Monroe, Louisiana, USA.
At the age of 21, Keith was balancing two full-time jobs— at a correctional facility and a milk processing plant—just to provide a decent living for himself and his son. Around this time, a friend introduced Keith to his first network marketing opportunity, and he jumped at the chance to build a more secure financial future.
“I was so excited. I studied everything, thought I’d be a superstar. Then it took me a year and a half to get my first recruit,” Keith laughs. “I loved it, though, just having that opportunity to dream again. Eventually, I went to my first event and knew this was what I wanted to do for the rest of my life.”
With a reinvigorated approach, Keith soon learned the value of modeling his actions after successful leaders in the company. Under their guidance, he worked tirelessly to build a loyal and growing team of Associates. His success had only begun.
By the late-2000s, Keith’s devoted leadership and unyielding drive transformed him into the top earner at a prominent American network marketing company. The financial future he once only dreamed of was now his to enjoy alongside his son.
Keith wasn’t looking for a new opportunity when his longtime friend Pat Edwards reached out to tell him about Talk Fusion. She’d just joined the company and thought Keith’s proven leadership would be a great fit.
“She called me up and said, ‘you need to take a really serious look at this company,’” said Keith. “After looking at the website, I knew it was something special. I mean, the vision for the company, the products, the compensation plan, the Instant Pay—they’re all rock solid.
Getting paid weekly or even daily is one thing, but if you can get someone paid within minutes of the sale, that’s going to really increase the longevity of their business.”
Keith joined immediately. Alongside Pat Edwards, Cedric Penn, Robert Dean Jr. and other notable leaders who joined Talk Fusion, Keith plans to expand the company’s U.S. market by sharing its cutting-edge Video Communication products and creating as many new Diamond-level Associates as possible.
“The thing I love most is that Talk Fusion is set up in such a way that it allows somebody to grow their business from day one,” said Keith. “The company has the fortitude, fairness and vision to reward people for their early accomplishments as Associates. Most people never stick around long enough to see success in this industry. Talk Fusion lets people experience success quickly.”
