What do you do when you’ve just lost your job after purchasing a new house? It’s a question no one should have to answer, but one Michael and Tami Renz were forced to face just a few years ago.
After Michael lost his longtime job at Coca-Cola, Michael and Tami quickly felt as if they’d exhausted all of their options. They had some experience in network marketing, but the results were hardly satisfying: costly physical inventory, annoying auto-ship and confusing, slow-to-pay compensation plans made everything more work than it really seemed worth.

Michael and Tami say their biggest accomplishment didn’t come from their own achievements, but their ability to empower the success of others. Most recently, they helped one of their team members, Mel Beaudry, climb an astonishing three rank levels—from 1 Star to Diamond—in just three days.
